Elaine and Amber - The Godmothers
Lainey Grace was baptized yesterday and what a beautiful day it was! The sun was shining and the birds were chirping as if it was the first day of spring. There was a sense of renewal in the air this weekend. As we celebrated Lainey's baptism, we were also reminded of our commitment to and relationship with Christ. Lainey was surrounded by all those special people that love her, making the day a glorious event. We felt so loved and truly blessed that everyone wanted to be a part of formally welcoming Lainey into our church and God's arms.
We hope for Lainey that she always feels God's grace around her and that she grows up with a humble and thankful spirit. For Sam and I, Lainey is a precious gift that is a living example of God's love and presence in our lives.
